Due to continued growth within The Yorkshire construction market, we're looking to expand our Sheffield team with an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm White Collar Construction desk. You'll inherit established Tier 1 clients, existing live vacancies, and a busy desk with immediate billing potential.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage and develop an established White Collar Construction desk.
- Build long-term relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key clients.
- Source, interview, and place high-calibre White Collar Construction professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Conduct client visits and attend meetings across your region.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a successful billing history.
- Construction recruitment experience is preferred, although recruiters from other professional sectors will be considered.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings.
- A passion for delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
