Recruitment Consultant - mymuybueno Private Chefs

Remote - UK
Self-employed | Commission-only | 20% commission per placement + performance bonuses | Uncapped earnings

mymuybueno Private Chefs is a specialist international recruitment agency placing exceptional private chefs globally, working with private households, family offices and superyachts around the world.

We have an established international client base, an extensive chef database and a fantastic recruitment system. We’re now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is hungry, highly motivated and prepared to work hard to get results.

This is a performance-driven opportunity with 20% commission on every successful placement, uncapped earning potential and additional bonuses for hitting performance targets.

Quite simply: the more you put in, the more you can earn.

The role

You’ll work remotely using our established recruitment database and systems, managing live vacancies through to successful placement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Posting and managing vacancies using our AI-assisted systems
  • Searching our extensive chef database for suitable candidates
  • Proactively contacting and engaging candidates
  • Screening and interviewing prospective candidates
  • Identifying the strongest candidates for each position
  • Preparing and watermarking CVs for presentation
  • Presenting suitable candidates to clients
  • Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinating interviews and trials
  • Following up consistently to keep recruitment processes moving
  • Conducting professional reference checks
  • Ensuring candidate documentation is complete and correct
  • Completing all required pre-placement checks
  • Managing candidates through offer, acceptance and successful placement

You’ll have the database, systems, tools and vacancies. We’re looking for someone who knows recruitment and knows how to get jobs placed.

Who we’re looking for

Previous recruitment experience is essential and non-negotiable.

You must be:

  • An experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running
  • Hungry, ambitious and results-driven
  • Prepared to work hard to achieve your earning goals
  • Confident sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Excellent at candidate and client communication
  • Persistent and proactive with follow-ups
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple vacancies
  • Meticulous with references, documentation and pre-placement requirements
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Motivated by targets and significant earning potential

Experience recruiting within hospitality, luxury private households or yachting would be advantageous, but isn’t essential. Recruitment experience is.

Earnings & opportunity

This is a self-employed, commission-only role with no basic salary.

You’ll receive:
