Opus People Solutions is hiring within their specialist services team which focus on professional office based recruitment on a permanent basis including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, HR, Financial Services and beyond. We are keen to continue growing and want to add a new member to our team to help us grow our business.
At Opus, we focus heavily on quality and our relationships with our clients. We aren't a recruiter that throws lots of CV's at the wall and hope it sticks, or delivers a sub par service to our clients. Because of that - we have some amazing existing partnerships with global businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions and also building your own desk of clients. You will leverage your expertise in relationship management and lead generation to build a strong candidate and client pipeline while utilising various recruitment tools and platforms.

Duties
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Attend networking events
- Winning new vacancies and business, always looking for new opportunities
- Supporting Senior Consultant in helping to fill high volume of vacancies we already have available - earning commission on anything filled.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Workday, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or other relevant systems.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events to expand the talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Experience with cold calling, and previous recruitment experience is essential on this occassion
- A drive to succeed
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Team Player attitude
- Experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
