Due to ongoing success and growth, we currently have an opportunity for a Senior / Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Senior / Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success and growth. You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes, from identifying and sourcing top talent to presenting candidates to clients and closing successful placements.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, communicating effectively with candidates/clients to arrange interviews, give feedback and assist with the offer stage.
- Identify potential new clients and key decision makers to improve and expand relationships.
- Develop a strong business plan with the help of a hands-on director who wants to see you succeed.
- Maximise social media and job boards to identify top talent.
