About You
You might already work in recruitment, sales, business development, account management, or another people-focused environment where building relationships and confidence in conversation matters. We’re more interested in personality, drive, and attitude than ticking boxes on a CV.
You’ll likely be someone who:
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with people
- Has strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Is ambitious and motivated by earning potential
- Likes working in a collaborative team environment
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Brings energy, personality, and a positive attitude to the office

About Your New Role

- Building relationships with finance professionals and clients
- Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage
- Speaking with candidates about career opportunities and market trends
- Business development and growing your network
- Working closely with the team to share ideas and opportunities
