Delivery Consultant – AI RPO's
Location: London
Salary: £40k-£45k
About Hubscale
At Hubscale, we partner with some of the world's most exciting AI and cyber security companies to deliver exceptional talent across global markets.
We specialise in building world-class Leadership, GTM, Product, Technology and AI teams, working with businesses ranging from high-growth Series A start-ups through to some of the most established technology vendors globally.
We're now scaling our AI practice, with significant growth across RPO, project hiring and retained search. This is an opportunity to join the team at an exciting point in that journey and work directly alongside Associate VP Max, supporting some of the most ambitious AI businesses in the market.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant / 360 consultant wanting to focus more on delivery, to join our AI team and take ownership of candidate delivery across our growing RPO portfolio.
A key part of the role will be supporting our RPO partnership with Legora – one of the leading AI companies in the market – alongside Max and the wider delivery team.
You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and delivering high-calibre candidates into genuinely exciting AI businesses, working on roles where quality of sourcing and candidate engagement really matters.
This isn't a high-volume CV-sending role. We're looking for someone who understands how to headhunt difficult talent, build intelligent candidate pipelines and deliver against a high bar.
You'll work closely with Max, hiring managers and the wider Hubscale team to understand requirements, build market maps, identify relevant talent and manage candidates through to offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own candidate delivery across key AI RPO and project hiring accounts.
- Partner closely with Max and hiring teams to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source and headhunt high-calibre AI and technology talent across global markets.
- Build targeted talent pools and long-term candidate networks within your specialist market.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial approach through to offer and onboarding.
- Develop strong market knowledge across AI, machine learning, software engineering and adjacent technology disciplines.
- Use a combination of LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking and creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-reach talent.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication.
- Work collaboratively with the wider AI team, sharing market intelligence, candidates and sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of Hubscale's AI delivery function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
