💼 What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to become a specialist within a high-growth STEM market while building your own network of candidates and clients.
You Will:
- Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and headhunting
- Interview and assess candidates to understand their skills, motivations and career goals
- Build long-term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage client and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through to placement
- Become a market expert within your specialist recruitment sector
- Learn and develop within a full 360 recruitment role
