Job Description

Ready to take ownership of a recruitment desk with huge potential?

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Camberley office and take the lead on developing our Sales recruitment offering across a large and largely untapped region.

With the freedom to build your desk, develop new client relationships and recruit across senior Sales roles, including opportunities at £60k+, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hungry, dynamic and confident in winning new business. You’ll have the scope to recruit across industries, with particular opportunities within Tech, Software and SaaS sales, while making the market truly your own.

What you’ll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, including:

  • Building strong business relationships through strategic B2B development (calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach)
  • Sourcing talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & networking
  • Managing vacancies from briefing to placement
  • Matching and prepping candidates for interviews
  • Negotiating offers and closing placements
  • Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face
