£28,000–£33,000 + uncapped commission
Job Description
- Leeds | £28,000 - £33,000 + uncapped commission
- Full-time
- Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid working (1-2 days from home)
- Driving licence required (client-facing role)

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment desk
- Building relationships with new and existing clients across the Leeds market
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy brief to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates to opportunities
- Providing expert advice and market insight to clients and candidates
- Working towards achievable activity and financial targets that directly increase your earnings
