Are you a sales or recruitment professional with 1+ year of experience looking for more progression, earning potential, and responsibility?
Join our growing Salesforce recruitment team at InterEx Group. You don’t need previous technology or Salesforce experience, we’re looking for commercially driven people with the ambition to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Develop new business and win clients
- Source and engage Salesforce talent
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Build and own your specialist market
- Work towards clear billing and career progression targets
