Are you a sales or recruitment professional with 1–2 years of experience looking for more progression, earning potential and responsibility?
InterEx Group is a global technology recruitment business specialising in Data, ERP, CRM and Project Solutions, and we’re growing our London team.
We’re looking for commercially minded, ambitious recruiters ready to take ownership of their market and continue developing their 360° recruitment career. No experience in technology required!
What You'll Do
- Build strong candidate and client relationships
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Develop new business and win clients
- Source and engage top talent
- Manage interviews, offers and negotiations
- Build your own specialist market
- Work towards clear billing and progression targets

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruitment or sales experience
- Commercial and target-driven mindset
- Confident communicator
- Resilient and motivated by success
- Coachable and hungry to develop
- Ambitious and motivated by career progression
Tech recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We’re open to high-performing consultants from different recruitment backgrounds.
