- £28,000 starting salary, increasing to £32,000 after just six months

The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll help ambitious professionals secure exciting new career opportunities while partnering with some of the most innovative businesses in the tech sector.
You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertising live vacancies and attracting top talent
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to offer
- Negotiating salaries and securing accepted offers
- Delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience
