The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll help ambitious professionals secure exciting new career opportunities while partnering with some of the most innovative businesses in the tech sector.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Advertising live vacancies and attracting top talent
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to offer
  • Negotiating salaries and securing accepted offers
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience
