ServiceNow (Contract Desk) | London, Cheapside
Hybrid | Salary dependent on experience
Your New Role and Team:
You will specialise in placing ServiceNow professionals across the private sector in London. Your focus will be on building and growing a dedicated ServiceNow contract desk, working closely with clients looking for expertise across the full ServiceNow ecosystem including development, administration, architecture, ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules and platform leadership.
Experience Required:
- Essential: Experience in technology contract recruitment.
- Advantageous: Previous exposure to ServiceNow or adjacent digital transformation markets.
Training and Support:
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support from a highly experienced team.
- Specialist guidance from our Technology Director with 20+ years’ market expertise.

- Engage new clients within the ServiceNow space.
- Promote recruitment services through meetings and virtual channels.
- Equal mix of candidate and client engagement.
- Demonstrate innovative ways to attract top ServiceNow talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Objectives:
- Be visible and build relationships across the ServiceNow market.
- Convert candidate relationships into client relationships.
- Establish a reputation as a true subject matter expert within ServiceNow recruitment.
