Graduate Recruitment Consultant – AI Software Market (German Division)

Location: London
Team: AI & Software Engineering Recruitment
Opportunities Available: 2 Graduate Hires

Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by the opportunity to build a high-performing career in sales?

We're looking for two driven graduates to join one of the most exciting and fastest-growing teams within LHi Group, specialising in the AI and Software Engineering market across Germany. This is a unique opportunity to join a warm desk within a team that consistently delivers outstanding results and is building towards becoming one of the largest divisions in the business.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with AI and Software Engineering professionals and partnering with innovative businesses across Germany. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

  • Business development and client relationship management
  • Candidate sourcing and networking
  • Market mapping and talent engagement
  • Interview management and offer negotiation
  • Building your own specialist market and personal brand

The German market offers excellent earning potential, creating strong opportunities for commission and career growth.

German language skills would be a bonus but are not essential.
