£27,500 - £37,500 per annum + uncapped commission
Job Description
Reed is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Business Support team in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to build on their success within an established market, or for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll join a high-performing and successful team with a strong reputation in the local market, where collaboration, ambition and customer service excellence are at the heart of what we do. With a warm client base, established relationships and significant opportunities for growth, you'll have everything you need to build a rewarding and profitable desk.
This role is office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Developing and growing your Business Support client base across Belfast and the surrounding area
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Conducting client meetings, networking and business development activity
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity and market mapping
- Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Working closely with colleagues across Reed to maximise opportunities and provide comprehensive recruitment solutions
