We're looking for an experienced recruitment manager with a proven track record in permanent recruitment to join Hays Life Sciences in London. The Opportunity
Based in our flagship Cheapside office, you'll play a key role in growing our permanent recruitment offering across Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, MedTech and CRO markets. You'll combine hands-on recruitment with team leadership, helping to drive sales performance, develop consultants and strengthen client relationships across a high-growth sector.

Key Responsibilities
As the Permanent Recruitment Lead, you will:
- Developing and growing new and existing client relationships
- Leading, coaching and mentoring recruitment consultants
- Managing permanent recruitment processes from brief to placement
- Building talent pipelines within specialist Life Sciences markets
- Driving revenue growth and contributing to the wider business strategy
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and candidates
What You Need to Succeed
- A successful background in agency recruitment, within permanent recruitment
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with a passion for winning business
- Previous leadership experience or the ambition to move into a people leadership role
- Life Sciences recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
