Whitehall is the UK's leading independent specialist in SAP, IT, and Data recruitment, not a generalist agency that dabbles in tech. Since 2007 we've worked with over 500 SAP clients, including a third of the UK's FTSE 100, and been recognised along the way as a Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Company to Work For and a Recruiter Fast 50 winner. We're now growing across our international markets, with teams covering the UK, DACH, and the US. If you've got a 360 background and want a vertical you can actually own, this is worth ten minutes of your time.
We don't run generalist desks. Consultants specialise by market, which means you build real depth, the kind of knowledge that gets clients calling you directly instead of shopping you against three other agencies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
