Experienced Recruitment Consultant
London | Hybrid | Competitive salary + uncapped commission up to 35%
A specialist recruitment consultancy in London is looking for an experienced consultant to join its small team.
The business works across digital advertising, cyber and information security, network security, infrastructure and DevOps, cloud, and software development. It supports clients with permanent and contract hiring, with a focus on building expertise and lasting relationships within specialist markets.
This is a chance to take genuine ownership of a market and help grow the business alongside its owner. You’ll have the freedom to develop client and candidate relationships, supported by structured training and mentorship. As one of the early hires, you’ll also have a clear route into management and leadership as the team grows.

The package
- Competitive salary and uncapped commission of up to 35%

About you
You’ll be an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys developing a specialist market and wants more ownership over how you work. You’ll be comfortable in a small team, confident building relationships and excited by the prospect of helping shape a growing business.
