Location: City of London, Liverpool Street / Moorgate
Working pattern: Onsite

As InterEx Group continues to grow and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our C-Suite Technology team in London.

This is a key role within our customer growth strategy and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the relationship-building and networking side of recruitment.

The Role

This desk is all about networking and building relationships at C-Suite level.

  • You’ll be speaking with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and CISOs on a daily basis, building genuine relationships with senior technology leaders and networking across our 800+ direct client base.
  • You’ll also work closely with our teams across London and Miami, collaborating on existing customer relationships as well as identifying new opportunities across both markets.

Business Development & Networking

  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs and other senior technology leaders
  • Network across our 800+ direct client base
  • Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking and referrals
  • Grow existing client relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Build your own long-term network within the C-Suite technology market
  • Work directly with George to develop your desk and customer strategy
  • Collaborate with our London and Miami teams

Candidate Management

  • Build relationships with senior technology professionals
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and internal tools
  • Conduct detailed qualification calls to understand experience, motivations and career goals
  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
  • Build long-term candidate relationships within your market

Delivery & Performance

  • Grow and develop your own book of business
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
  • Develop strong market knowledge across C-Suite Technology
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to grow key customer accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous 360 recruitment experience
  • A track record of billing and business development
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial, competitive and ambitious
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
  • Coachable and keen to continue learning and developing
