Worcester | Permanent

Don’t just join a recruitment desk. Build a market.

Broster Buchanan is growing its Technology & Business Transformation offering, and we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our Worcester office.

This is an opportunity to develop a genuine specialist market, working with businesses investing in ERP, Digital, Data, AI, Automation, Finance Transformation and enterprise-wide change. You’ll build relationships with senior decision-makers including CFOs, CIOs, CTrOs and Transformation Directors, while developing networks of high-quality interim and permanent talent across Technology and Business Transformation.

The opportunity

We don’t want you to become another generalist recruiter.

We want you to understand where businesses are changing, why they’re changing and the people they need to make it happen.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

  • Build and develop your own specialist Technology & Transformation market
  • Develop relationships with senior business and technology leaders
  • Identify opportunities created by ERP programmes, digital transformation, data, AI, automation, operating-model change, M&A and carve-outs
  • Build specialist candidate communities across Transformation Leadership, Programme & PMO, Change, ERP, Data and Architecture
  • Recruit across both interim and permanent appointments
  • Build long-term client relationships rather than simply react to vacancies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
