Recruitment Consultant – Technology (Contract & Permanent)
The Job
You'll be a tech recruiter working with global clients and some seriously talented technical people around the world. You'll win new business, work out what clients actually need, and find them the right people for contract and permanent roles.
A typical day looks like:
- Lots of phone calls. Yes, real calls. It's the fastest way to build trust and close deals.
- Building email campaigns and automations so the tech does the boring bits.
- Writing job ads people actually want to read.
- Booking and running pitch meetings with clients.
- Building relationships that last years.
- Building and utilising AI prompts.
This is a sales job. You need to be self-motivated, want to learn fast, and bounce back when things don't go your way.
Already recruiting? You'll take over a desk with live jobs and active clients, so you can start billing from day one.
About You
You've got some sales experience, B2B ideally, but we care more about drive than your CV.
- You can show you've smashed goals before, at work, in sport, a side hustle or anything else.
- You think fast and communicate well, both in writing and in conversation.
- Most of the team have a degree, and ideally you will too.
- Most importantly, you're positive, not scared of hard work, and you want to be really successful.

Location
Hybrid: 3 days a week in our office in Farringdon, London. It's a lively area, easy to reach from anywhere, and the best place to work in London. The office has:

Money
Basic salary is £27–55K plus 10–30% commission. There's no cap, so what you earn is up to you.
We also run regular incentives based on team or personal targets. Recent ones include trips to Sardinia and Ibiza, lots of shopping trips and cash bonuses.
