We're looking for ambitious, driven, and commercially minded individuals to join our London team as a Recruitment Consultant – Technology markets.
Whether you already have recruitment experience already or come from a sales, business development, customer service, or target-driven background, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate within a specialist technology market, building relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities and building client relationships
- Sourcing and engaging technology professionals across niche IT markets
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer acceptance
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Becoming an expert within your specialist technology sector
- Negotiating offers and providing market insight to clients and candidates
- Building a network and personal brand within your chosen market

What We're Looking For
- Highly developed communication skills, ability to break down barriers and calve out meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders,
- Confidence and credibility in leading business meetings, negotiating fees and successfully representing Tenth Revolution Group with passion and flair,
- Commercially savvy, with a competitive edge and go-getting attitude towards building business,
- A target-driven mindset, capable of developing and growing a desk from the ground up.
