Following a period of strong growth, we're looking for another Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Tonbridge, Kent.

The role
Depending on your experience, you'll either focus on delivering retained search assignments or manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a 360 capacity. You'll:
- Deliver retained and exclusive recruitment assignments across the Technology & Business Transformation market.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Source exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, networking and referrals.
- Manage recruitment processes from initial briefing through to successful placement.
- Develop specialist knowledge within your market.
- Work closely with senior decision-makers across leading organisations.
- Travel to the Netherlands to meet clients and candidates.
About you
You'll already have agency recruitment experience and be looking for an environment where you can continue to develop.
Experience recruiting within technology would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. Likewise, you don't need any previous experience recruiting across Europe. We'll teach you everything you need to understand the Dutch market, its business culture and how recruitment differs from the UK.
