Temp Consultant: Construction Sector
UK Wide | Fully Remote or Hybrid or Stanmore
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in temporary construction recruitment.
- Enjoys winning new business as much as servicing clients.
- Can build long-term relationships.
- Doesn't need micromanaging.
- Takes pride in doing a good job.
- Wants to be part of a business for the long term.

- A KPI free environment
- Commission from first placement, no entry threshold
- £5,000 pay rise once desk cost covered 3 consecutive months
