We partner with some of the UK’s leading care providers, private equity firms, luxury senior living brands and national operators to appoint the leadership talent that truly shapes the sector.
We’re a young, ambitious business with a strong reputation, exceptional networks, and big plans. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a desk within one of the most exciting and fast-growing markets in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Running your own market – with autonomy, trust, and freedom
- Managing end-to-end executive search assignments across Operations, Quality, Clinical, and Corporate Services
- Developing long-term partnerships with leading organisations
- Building and nurturing high-value candidate networks
- Driving commercial growth within an uncapped, high-performing environment
- Working closely with Directors on projects and senior mandates

What we’re looking for
- Someone ambitious, proactive, and commercially sharp
- Previous experience managing a Temp/Interim desk
- 360 recruitment experience (sector-agnostic – we hire for mindset, not background)
- A consultant who enjoys ownership, strategy, and long-term relationship building
- Someone who thrives in a mature, autonomous culture (no micromanagement, ever)
- A consultative, credible communicator who takes pride in their work
