Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + Commission, Bonus & On-Call Payments

Safer Hand Care is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Canterbury office. This is an exciting opportunity to take over a warm, established care desk with active clients and candidates, allowing you to hit the ground running from day one.
The role is initially being offered as maternity cover, however there is genuine potential for the position to develop into a permanent opportunity for the right person, subject to business needs and performance.
The Role
Working within our busy healthcare division, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a busy care recruitment desk
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing care professionals
- Managing bookings, compliance and candidate availability
- Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
- Working towards achievable recruitment and sales targets
- Participating in the on-call rota to support clients and candidates outside of office hours

What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
