TALENT CONSULTANT – LUXURY HOSPITALITY

London - Hybrid Working - Commission of Up to 40%

Smyth & Co is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Talent Consultant to join our London team.

We partner with some of the world’s most respected luxury hospitality companies, identifying extraordinary talent for leading hotels, restaurants, private clubs, resorts and hospitality groups across the UK and internationally.

This is an opportunity to build a genuinely global career within a specialist business that values relationships, quality and results. You will work on exciting assignments for exceptional brands, connecting outstanding hospitality professionals with career-defining opportunities around the world.

We are looking for someone with previous hospitality recruitment experience, either within an agency or as part of an internal talent acquisition team. You will understand the industry, know what exceptional talent looks like and have the personality and credibility to build lasting relationships with senior candidates and clients.

You will be:

  • Experienced in hospitality recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the luxury hospitality sector
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Proactive, self motivated, ambitious and commercially driven
  • Skilled at identifying and engaging exceptional passive talent
  • Comfortable managing recruitment processes from initial search through to placement
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding experience for clients and candidates
  • Excited by the opportunity to recruit internationally
