Job Role: Recruitment Consultant (Up to Senior/Executive level)
Company: Reed Bristol – Legal OR Property & Construction
Location: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.
Salary: £27,500 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent

You'll play a key role in developing client relationships, sourcing high quality candidates, and driving business growth, all while benefiting from industry leading training, uncapped earning potential, and clear progression opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying, attracting, and interviewing professional candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
- Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Providing expert recruitment advice and market insights
- Building a strong network within your specialist sector
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets
