Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter Cardiff to £32k + OTE

Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking to accelerate your career with a high performing technology recruitment business?

Client Server is one of the UK's leading technology recruitment consultancies, partnering with some of the world's most innovative technology companies, FinTechs, Hedge Funds and start-ups. Following another record breaking year, we're growing our specialist teams and are looking for experienced recruiters who want to maximise their earning potential in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant you'll inherit a warm desk with established client relationships and live vacancies, giving you the opportunity to start billing quickly while building your own portfolio of clients and candidates. Supported by dedicated marketing, advertising and operations teams, you'll have everything you need to focus on what you do best, recruiting exceptional technology talent.

Your role:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with clients to deliver high calibre software engineers and technology professionals
  • Develop long term client relationships
  • Source and engage outstanding candidates
  • Negotiate offers
  • Build a successful, profitable desk within one of our specialist technology markets

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector)
  • A competitive and determined mindset
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
  • Client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
