As a Recruitment Consultant you'll inherit a warm desk with established client relationships and live vacancies, giving you the opportunity to start billing quickly while building your own portfolio of clients and candidates. Supported by dedicated marketing, advertising and operations teams, you'll have everything you need to focus on what you do best, recruiting exceptional technology talent.

Your role:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients to deliver high calibre software engineers and technology professionals.
- You'll develop long term client relationships, source and engage outstanding candidates, negotiate offers and build a successful, profitable desk within one of our specialist technology markets.

What We're Looking For:
- You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector)
- You have a competitive and determined mindset
- You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
- You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
