Eos Adonis has built long-standing relationships with elite US law firms and continues to expand into partner hiring, international legal markets and new practice areas.

Who we're Looking For
Recruitment experience that can transfer over well to a candidate, relationship market.
More importantly, you’ll demonstrate:
- A strong billing history or clear evidence of high performance.
- Excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to influence clients and candidates.
- Resilience, drive, and ambition.
- The ability to move recruitment processes forward and close deals.
- A genuine desire to build something long-term.
