Technology Recruiters, ready to take your experience into the US market?
We’re growing our recruitment team at Halian and looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to focus exclusively on the US technology market.
This is a 360 role for someone who enjoys the pace of Contract recruitment, building their own market, developing client relationships and creating a strong contractor network.
You’ll have the opportunity to build your desk across specialist areas such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP, Digital, Product or Transformation, working with clients and candidates across the US.
We’re looking for someone commercially driven who wants the autonomy to develop their market, win business and build a successful Contract desk with the support of an international recruitment business.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced 360 Contract Recruiter, ideally with 2+ years of recruitment experience, who knows how to develop client relationships, generate new business and build a strong contractor network.

Experience recruiting within Technology would be ideal, and previous exposure to the US recruitment market would be a big advantage.
You’ll need to be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing your market and engaging clients through to sourcing candidates and making placements.
