Recruitment Consultant, US Market
Leeds, hybrid
£30,000 to £35,000 basic
Zero-threshold commission up to 50%
Average placement fees of £20,000 to £25,000

This is an opportunity for an agency recruiter to move into higher-value US and international markets with hands-on coaching, live work and time to develop.
You will join a growing specialist search business in Leeds following a record quarter.
Depending on your experience and interests, you could recruit within Automation, Robotics, Industrial Technology, Data Centres or Life Sciences across North America and Europe.
What you will get
- £30,000 to £35,000 basic salary
- Zero-threshold commission rising to 50%
- Average fees of £20,000 to £25,000

You do not need experience within these sectors.
They are primarily looking for recruiters with around six to 24 months of agency experience, but your ability matters more than the exact number of months on your CV.
You could currently recruit within:
- Engineering or manufacturing
- Construction
- Technology
- Professional Services
- Another 360 recruitment market
You should be curious, commercially motivated and capable of learning a technical market. You will also need the confidence to build relationships with clients and candidates across North America and Europe.
The business understands that specialist international markets take time to build. Some of its strongest performers took eight to ten months to really establish themselves, and were given the time to do so.
