Recruitment Consultant – US Data Centres (No experience needed)

Manchester | Up to £35,000 Basic | Up to 30% Commission (No Threshold) | Hybrid Working

One of the hottest markets in recruitment right now. And you don't need any experience in it to get involved.

AI is booming. Tech giants are spending billions on infrastructure. Data centres are being built at an incredible rate across the US, and the demand for people to design, build and operate them is going through the roof.

And where there's huge demand for talent, there's a massive opportunity for recruiters. We're working with a brilliant boutique recruitment agency in Manchester that's looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its growing US Data Centre division.

The best bit? You don't need US recruitment experience. You don't even need to know anything about data centres.

You'll be trained in the market, supported by people who know it inside out and given the opportunity to establish yourself in a specialist sector with serious earning potential.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Big fees: The specialist nature of the market means high-value placements and excellent earning potential.
  • Up to 30% commission with no threshold: Earn commission from your first placement without having to clear a billing target.
  • A market that's exploding: AI, cloud computing and huge investment in digital infrastructure are driving demand for data centre talent across the US.
  • No US experience required: You'll receive proper training to help you understand the market and build your desk.
  • Get into a high-earning market early: Most agencies recruiting into lucrative US markets want people who've already done it. This is a rare chance to make the move without that experience.
