What we look for:
- Proven track record of demonstrable success in a recruitment role or allied industry;
- We consider backgrounds from any recruitment vertical - more important is natural curiosity and success in your current sector;
- Driven, coachable and coin operated;
- Highly confident communicator;
- You thrive in a high-performance & collaborative team environment;
- Technology recruitment background is a bonus with the bullseye being prior GTM experience.
