Industrial Recruitment Consultant
Location: Wallington
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Office-based

We’re looking for a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and take full ownership of the recruitment cycle—from business development, serving clients, site visits to candidate placement. If you're confident in building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a supportive and ambitious team, this could be the role for you!
About the Role:
As a 360 Consultant, you’ll manage both clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment services in the industrial sector—including warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Advertise roles, source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
- Conduct interviews and match candidates to client requirements
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and targets
About You:
- 1+ year of experience in a 360 recruitment role (industrial sector preferred)
- Proven track record of billing and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise under pressure
- Full UK driving licence (for client visits)
