Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Desk
Leeds / Harrogate – Hybrid | £27,500 + Uncapped Commission at agreed %
Fancy joining a recruitment team that actually feels like a team? Royal Blue Consultants is on the hunt for our next Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare desk – someone with the billings to prove they know what they're doing, and the personality to make our office!
This is a hybrid role based around Leeds or Harrogate, with the flexibility to work in the way that gets the best out of you.
What You'll Bring
- A proven billing history of £75,000–£100,000+ per annum
- Experience recruiting within healthcare – you understand the sector, what clients expect and what good service looks like.
- A base close to Leeds or Harrogate, with the flexibility and self-motivation to make hybrid working genuinely work.
- A genuine team player who thrives on a good laugh, celebrates wins with the office, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
