- Building client relationships: Use sales, marketing, and business development strategies to win new business and nurture existing partnerships.
- Attracting top talent: Write compelling job ads, headhunt, network, and leverage social media to source and engage candidates.
- Driving business growth: Proactively identify and onboard new clients to expand your desk.
