Recruitment Consultant Opportunities

The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We are growing our business and we have Recruitment Consultant opportunities in our Northern Hub on Station Lane, Featherstone, WF7.

About the Role

We are only looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants at the moment so if you haven't done this before, or don't know what it is, please do not apply. We only want to speak to individuals who have worked in Driving or Industrial recruitment recently. We like you to follow a client through from start to finish so basic sales and service experience is a requirement.

It is a 360 role, meaning you will be required to make sales calls to clients both old and new, deal with the recruitment of new workers and the requirements of our current workers on a day to day basis. A good understanding of Industrial or Driving Recruitment legislation is essential. If you have done this role before, you know what's expected.

We don't micro manage but you are expected to be a self starter and have a good understanding of the role you are required to fulfil.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
