Are you an ambitious recruiter looking for your next opportunity in a high-performing environment? Reed Birmingham is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Accountancy & Finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a warm desk with established client relationships and immediate opportunities to generate revenue. You'll join a collaborative, high-energy team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates alike.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across permanent Accountancy & Finance roles.
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying recruitment opportunities and growing your market presence.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality finance professionals.
- Negotiating terms, managing offers and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
- Working closely with colleagues to share best practice and celebrate success.
