We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our property team at deverellsmith. You don't need recruitment experience. If you've worked in sales, estate agency, recruitment, business development, hospitality or another target-driven environment, and you're competitive, resilient and motivated by earning potential, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
- Win new business and develop existing client relationships.
- Build and manage a strong network of clients and candidates.
- Identify opportunities and generate new leads through proactive business development.
- Source, interview and place candidates into property roles.
- Negotiate fees, salaries and offers to close deals.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
- Work towards individual revenue targets and contribute to team success.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
What we're looking for
We're looking for salespeople. You'll be a strong fit if you are:

- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
- Commercially minded and proactive.

- A strong communicator and negotiator.

Previous sales, recruitment, estate agency or business development experience is beneficial but not essential.
What we offer
- Uncapped commission & bonuses.
- OTE Year 1: £35,000–£40,000 | Year 2: £60,000–£70,000, Year 3: £80,000+
- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
- Unlimited holiday, with a minimum of 28 days.
- Incentive trips every 2 months.
- 2 company trips abroad — Barcelona is next.
