We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 1+ year of recruitment experience to join our team and develop their career within the US Data Center Construction industry.
Since 2018, we’ve specialised in recruitment across the US Mission Critical Construction sector, building strong relationships with clients and candidates in one of the world’s most exciting and rapidly expanding industries.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building and managing your own desk, developing relationships with new and existing clients, sourcing high-quality candidates and managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and Maintaining strong relationships with Clients and Candidates
- Building out your 360 desk by creating new business opportunities within Data Center/Mission Critical Construction
- Consistently hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Handling candidate processes by understanding their motivations
- Mapping market for new business development opportunities

Previous Data Center or Construction recruitment experience would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
