Job Description
Recruitment Consultant - Business Support
Full-time | Nottingham | Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid (1–2 days WFH)
Driving licence required
Ready to take ownership of a high-potential desk and build a market you can truly make your own? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales or recruitment professional who thrives on relationships, commercial conversations and long-term client development.
You’ll run our business support permanents desk for the Leicester area, a busy, opportunity-rich market with plenty of room to grow, win new clients and build lasting partnerships.

You’ll be based in our Nottingham office, working alongside an experienced, supportive team and a trusted brand that strengthens your business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing and managing your Leicester client base through proactive business development
- Building strong relationships and understanding client hiring needs
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
- Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates
- Managing your pipeline, activity and performance with clear earning potential
