We're looking for an ambitious recruiter to take over a well-established Marketing & Creative recruitment desk within our successful Epsom team. Covering Surrey and the surrounding area, you'll recruit across marketing, digital, creative and communications roles on a permanent and fixed-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an established client base, active vacancies and a strong reputation in a thriving market, all backed by Reed's award-winning brand, training and technology.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Building relationships with marketing, creative and digital hiring managers
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-calibre candidates
- Developing new business and growing existing client partnerships
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike

What We're Looking For
- Recruitment or sales experience
- Ambitious, resilient and target-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional service
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
