Graduate Recruitment Consultant Scheme – Fast-Track Career in London | £28K Base + Uncapped Commission

Ready to start a career where progression is based on performance, not waiting years for a promotion and where the money you earn is directly related to your success?

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing FTSE 250 recruitment business specialising in Financial Services, Life Sciences and Natural Resources. Since launching in 2007 from a small London apartment, the company has expanded internationally with offices in London, New York and Amsterdam, partnering with global brands including PwC, Bloomberg and HSBC.

With a proven track record of placing senior professionals into some of the world’s leading organisations, often on packages exceeding £300K, this is a business built around ambition, training and rapid progression.

Even better? They exclusively hire graduates and entry-level talent, meaning many of the company’s top performers and leaders started exactly where you are now.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
