Key Duties And Responsibilities
About the Role:
As an experienced recruiter, you will play a key role in our growing team, supporting the UK, EU, and US life science markets. Whether focusing on permanent or contract talent services, you’ll have the opportunity to use your recruitment expertise to connect top-tier life science professionals with leading organisations in a sector that’s driving global health and scientific innovation. We’re offering a platform for you to take your career to the next level and contribute to our ambitious international expansion.

Role Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Recruitment Experience – A track record of success in recruitment, ideally within life sciences or a related sector. We are also happy to look at people with a proven "sales" or "business" background.
- Passion for Excellence – You’re motivated by success, with a drive to deliver top-quality results for clients and candidates.
- Relationship-Building Skills – You excel at building lasting connections and thrive in a people-oriented environment.
- Ambition & Vision – You want to be part of a company with big goals and even bigger opportunities for career progression.
