Our Areas of Expertise
- Planning & Development - feasibility, consenting, environmental, engineering and project development.
- Construction & Delivery - civil, mechanical, electrical, project controls and site management.
- Commissioning & Energisation - testing, commissioning, start-up and handover activities.
- Operations & Asset Management - operational leadership, performance optimisation and asset integrity.
- Maintenance & Reliability - planned maintenance, outage management, inspection and reliability engineering.
- Decommissioning & Repowering - asset retirement, dismantling, remediation and repowering projects.
The Role

As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you'll be:
- Networking and developing new business
- Pitching PWE and Ava Group's recruitment services to potential clients
- Sourcing candidates via job boards
- Screening candidates by phone, video, or in person
- Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
About you
- Minimum 1 years’ experience and success in contract recruitment
- Ideally experience in a similar sector
- A natural mentor and leader
- Competitive
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Money and target driven
