What you’ll do
- Own and drive high-impact recruitment assignments, transforming talent briefs into successful placements while curating a world-class candidate experience
- Work directly with account leads to architect client relationships, gaining the commercial insight needed to anticipate and solve future talent challenges
- Fuel your own growth journey by identifying untapped market opportunities and spearheading outreach that turns prospective leads into long-term commercial partners
- Help shape the future of recruitment by integrating cutting-edge AI tools into our workflow, actively shaping how we leverage technology to stay ahead of the curve

What we’re looking for
- Experience in contract or permanent recruitment, with strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills (1+ years of recruitment experience)
- Growth mindset
- Clear communication and an engaging, trustworthy approach
- Commercial curiosity and the ambition to develop into a 360 recruiter / Account Manager - operating your own desk within the wider team
- Strong organization, initiative, and the ability to manage priorities at pace
- A collaborative, tech-forward mindset with an interest in consulting and independent talent
