What you’ll do as a Recruitment Consultant?
- Build and develop new client relationships
- Source, engage, and manage high-level candidates
- Partner with decision-makers across multiple industries
- Place specialist talent into niche US markets
- Learn and master proven recruitment and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Competitive, driven & ambitious
- Resilient with a strong work ethic
- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, customer service, or a competitive sporting background is advantageous but not essential.
