We're looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our established Finance Recruitment business, specialising in Credit Management across the South East, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a specialist desk within a market where Hays already has a strong reputation, long-standing client relationships and an extensive candidate network. Based on our proven performance in this area, the desk has consistently generated strong fees and offers significant opportunity for future growth.

You'll have the opportunity to recruit for a range of specialist and senior-level positions including:

  • Credit Controller
  • Senior Credit Controller
  • Credit Supervisor
  • Credit Manager
  • Head of Credit
  • Group Credit Manager
  • Order-to-Cash Leaders
  • Working Capital & Transformation Specialists

You'll also benefit from Hays' national partnership with the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), providing access to a highly engaged professional network and helping position you as a market specialist from day one.

Your new role:

  • Source, interview, and match high-quality candidates to roles
  • Identify and proactively partner with new and existing clients through new outreach and business development calls to build better, profitable outcomes by understanding their hiring needs and challenges
  • Manage the recruitment process by guiding candidates and Clients through the full recruitment process from taking a brief to negotiating offers
  • Be bold and curious, developing specialist market expertise by actively seeking to understand your customer’s market
  • Take accountability for meeting targets and delivering your monetary goals that contribute to the growth and profitability of Hays
  • Be part of vibrant and inclusive culture that cheers on progress by celebrating personal and team performance
